What you are buying, and what we promise.

Who you are dealing with

Build A Better Shop is a program of Miles Auto Service, 1007 Tuckahoe Rd, Sewell, NJ 08080. When these terms say "we", that is who they mean.

By joining, booking a setup, or using this site, you are agreeing to what is on this page.

The monthly membership

• $29.99 per month, charged to your card on the same date each month until you cancel.
• It includes the monthly hybrid meetup, the Build A Better Shop plug-in installed on your own computer, a brand voice set up for your business, hands-on help, and access to the member group.
• Sessions run monthly, in person in South Jersey and live online. Dates are announced to members in advance.

Cancelling

Cancel any time. Email [email protected] and we will stop the billing. No notice period, no phone call to talk you out of it.

You keep access until the end of the month you have already paid for. We do not pro-rate or refund part of a month that has started.

The plug-in and the brand voice are installed on your own computer. They stay there when you leave.

The $397 setup visit

• One visit, about two hours, in person in South Jersey or remote by screen share. Same price either way.
• Paid in full when you book.
• Your first month of the membership is included. The monthly billing starts after that month.

If you are not satisfied after the visit, tell us and we will refund the $397. We would rather give the money back than have you feel sold to.

Scheduling and rescheduling

Setup visits are booked on our calendar, weekdays, and need at least two days' notice. Reschedule as often as you need; just use the link in your confirmation email.

If we have to move a visit, we will tell you as soon as we know and find a time that suits you.

What we do not promise

We will show you how to use these tools well and we will stay with you until they work. We cannot promise what they will earn you. Nobody honestly can, and anybody who does is selling something else.

AI tools are made by other companies. They change, they are priced by those companies, and they get things wrong — confidently. Teaching you to catch that is part of the curriculum, not a disclaimer. Check anything that costs money before you act on it.

Your side of it

What we build with you is yours. What we teach is yours to use in your business.

We ask two things: do not resell or redistribute the plug-in or the session materials, and do not share your member access with people outside your business.

Our side of it

The pages, materials and the plug-in remain ours. You get to use them for as long as you are a member, and anything installed on your computer stays yours to keep.

If something goes wrong

If we fail to deliver what you paid for, our responsibility is limited to refunding what you paid us. We are not liable for business losses that follow from using AI tools, whether ours or anyone else's.

In practice: come and tell us. Most things are fixable, and a refund is cheaper for everyone than an argument.

Changes and governing law

If these terms change, the date at the top changes and members are emailed. Changes do not apply backwards to something you already bought.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
